Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reschedule Policy

  • You can reschedule your service request via Dr. Electrical website and mobile app or through Dr. Electrical call center.
  • Dr. Electrical will charge amount Rs 199 as applicable against visiting charges if customer cancels the scheduled visit after 15min of booking.
  • To avoid visiting charges, customers are requested to reschedule the order within 15 minutes of booking.

Cancellation policy:

  • You can cancel your service request via Dr. Electrical website and mobile app or through Dr. Electrical call center.
  • If service request is cancelled within 15 minutes of booking, the cancellation charges will not be applicable. If the service is cancelled after 15 min of booking customer is liable to pay cancellation charges of Rs. 199.
  • If Dr. Electrical service persons are late by 30 minutes of scheduled time and customer wants to cancel the order, then the cancellation charges will not be applicable
  • Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, Dr. Electrical reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
  • If the service person or Dr. Electrical cancels the visit then customer is not liable to pay cancellation charges.

Refund Policy:

  • For any online payment failure and funds get debited from customer account, payment will be refunded to same account within 48 working hours
  • If a customer with proper justification is not satisfied with our service within 7 days then company will be liable to refund customer’s 100% service amount which doesn’t include any spare parts charge.
